| Description: | Hands dusted with flour, terraces warmed by the afternoon sun, and papads drying slowly on soft cotton sheets, this is where our story begins. A quiet ritual, repeated over generations, where food wasn’t just made, it was remembered. What started as a packaging brief unfolded into something deeper: a visual retelling of home. Of kitchens that smelled like hing and green chilli. Of mothers rolling dough with practiced rhythm. Of khaats turned into drying racks and dabbas that held more than just snacks, they held memories. On slow afternoons, the terrace becomes a visual orchestra, alive with bursts of colour, the aroma of spices, and the sound of chatters echoing through warm air. We built the packaging as a continuous canvas, wrapping the box in a single hand-drawn illustration that moves gently from one panel to the next. Each detail, whether it’s the mother shaping khichu or the breeze that lifts a drying papad, was placed with care to honour the slow beauty of this process. |
