Description:	Anugraha is a home with an old soul, reimagining traditional architectural elements in a contemporary way. Overlooking an adjacent ashram and surrounded by lush, bird-filled trees, the residence unfolds in earthy tones that echo the outdoors, creating an interpretive, artistic experience from the moment one steps inside. Sustainability anchors the project, with locally sourced stones like black limestone, Indian phyllite, and terrazzo reducing its environmental footprint. Polished concrete floors and exposed surfaces add a raw, tactile feel throughout. Anugraha also supports craft communities across India, from Kashmiri workshops to antique collectors in Jodhpur. Kani Kalamdani shutters, Pinjirakari screens crafted with Kashmiri artisans, and Pichwai art headboards keep cultural craft alive within a modern shell. The earthy, neutral palette is accented by pops of colour in fabrics, sofas, and rugs, lending a sculpted warmth enhanced by curated Indian artefacts. Each artwork complements the spatial planning and quality of the home, like Continuous Fragments, an installation referencing different time periods of Delhi and embodying the concept of a bridge. From weaving familiarity through pieces that resonate with the client’s own story to becoming a powerful narrative tool, the art softens the home’s spirit in memory and meaning.
