Description:	This home is a playground for marble in all its forms. Creating a home for a client with expertise in marble presented an opportunity to explore the timeless beauty of this material. The home’s visual vocabulary is rooted in marble, but thoughtful layering of fluted wood, plush leather, and intricate detailing add softness and warmth, creating a dynamic yet cohesive aesthetic. The journey begins before one crosses the threshold. At the lift foyer, a striking relief marble wall is paired with a sleek wooden bench. This interplay of textures creates a dialogue between the raw beauty of stone and the warm embrace of wood, setting the stage for the sensory journey within. Further inside, the family-dining areas continue the emphasis on marble. Fluted wooden panels offer a counterpoint to stone's solidity, echoing throughout-on bedroom doors and glass panelling leading to the formal living and pooja areas. In the dining area, marble inlay flooring mimics the patterns of a luxurious carpet, eliminating the need for textiles while showcasing the stone's artistry. The design extends into the bathrooms-fluted, lapotra, and leathered marble finishes come together in rich contrast. Every space highlights the stone’s versatility, making it the defining feature of the home.
