| Description: | This 1200 sq.ft. flagship store is a physical manifestation of ARKS - a brand known for elevated essentials that exude understated elegance, authenticity, and quiet confidence. The design challenge was to translate both the brand’s essence and the personal ethos of actor Ranbir Kapoor, who envisioned it - into a space that feels refined, elevated, and welcoming. The layout follows a clear, intuitive flow, mirroring ARKS’ clean and uncluttered identity while responding to the site’s proportions. The material palette further reinforces the brand's core values. A neutral palette softens the space and provides a serene backdrop that allows the products to take center stage. Strategic accents of the brand’s hallmark red infuse energy into the space: the sweeping display rod, sculptural bench, and abstract logomark at the far end. A standout feature is the stretch Barrisol ceiling, deliberately chosen to eliminate the visual clutter often associated with retail lighting. Mirror-clad beam fascias reflect this ceiling, cleverly countering the modest 7’ beam height by creating an illusion of height and offering a sense of spatial continuity. Through these thoughtful design gestures, the store seamlessly embodies ARKS’ vision, delivering a retail environment that doesn’t shout its identity; it lets it unfold. |
