Description: ISB was famous for one thing: its flagship PGP program. But its brand was fragmented, inconsistent, and out of step with its research-led, future-focused impact. We changed that. Working with ISB’s leadership, we built a unified masterbrand and a bold new positioning: Knowledge as Empowerment. A cultural reset that rallied faculty, alumni, and students around performance, collaboration, and accountability.

The transformation spanned everything—a bold new identity, future-ready digital platforms, and a seamless rollout across every touchpoint. The result? ISB shifted from ‘one program’ to one transformative, cutting-edge institution. A category of one in global education.

This wasn’t a rebrand. It was a strategic leap that future‑proofed ISB’s reputation and amplified its influence worldwide.
